Today is all about wonderful parallel nonsense. Let's do it.
2014 Topps Mini Black Jonathan Broxton #4/5. This was just sitting there, among other low-numbered cards, for way less than others around it. I have no special love for Broxton, other than that he's a former Red. I bought it because I don't have any cards numbered less than 10, other than a few printing plates. This makes me happy.
2014 Bowman Orange Mike Leake /250 and David Holmberg /500. My only reason behind these two is that I have the Gold parallels of these two, numbered out of 50. Mini rainbow!!!!
2010 Topps Gold Scott Rolen /2010. Sure, why not. Rolen was the man.
2014 Bowman Chrome Refractor Aroldis Chapman /500. I'll take numbered Chapmans all damn day.
2011 Topps Heritage Chrome Jay Bruce /1962. My third Red from this set. Shibby.
2013 Bowman Chrome Blue Refractor Homer Bailey /250. Blue chrome looks good.
2010 Bowman Platinum Foil Joey Votto .999. This was way thicker than I assumed it would be. Straining the bounds of the card page thick. Nice.
Go Reds.
