I can't believe Topps was still going non-glossy in 1992. Upper Deck is three years at this point. Come on, Grampa, get with the program. They switched to white card stock, which I guess was perceived as modernizing. At least there's some sweet photography, but not enough. The Paul O'Neill, Bill Doran, Chris Sabo, and Hal Morris are nice. But overall it's merely and okay set, sandwiched between two great sets in 1991 and 1993 Topps.
Also, beware of some sweet Bippage.
