The Disabled American Veteran (DAV) organization has put out small sets like these since 2005, usually for minor league teams at first. They eventually issued some major league sets. For the Reds, in 2010, we got a solid 4 card series featuring Brandon Phillips, Bronson Arroyo, Scott Rolen, and Johnny Cueto. These were picked up at a show in Cincinnati for a buck. Easy decision.
